Kozue Japanese Craft Gin was the first Craft Gin made in Japan and the world’s first Gin to use Koyamake (Japanese Umbrella Pine), as one of the botanicals. Other botanicals used from the local area include Mandarin peel, lemon peel, and sansho, and this is combined with European juniper

The taste and aroma is driven by the Koyamaki (Japanese umbrella pine), muting the usual predominence of the Juniper add the pepper pungency of sansho, bursts of berries, Satsuma mandarin and lemon peels, and juniper berries, giving you an experience of forestry freshness with subtle hints of citrus, mint and spice in between.

This is not a traditional dry gin, but an absolute must for Gin lovers
